Godaddy disappoint .me

The .me domain became available for purchase earlier, and people have been snapping up domains like crazy. There are so many funny possibilities with this tld.

doyoulove.me
Getting caught up in the excitement, I registered jai.me, because “J’aime” is a great word, and aweso.me, just because it says “awesome”. I even had my email receipt from GoDaddy about these two domains.
However, an hour later I got another email from GoDaddy stating that the registration didn’t go through for jai.me.
Bugger.
An hour after that I got another email from GoDaddy stating that jai.me didn’t go through (talk about adding insult to injury!) and I had an email stating that aweso.me didn’t go through either. Double bugger.
So, I’ve tried to register tyrannosaurus.me because of my love for dinosaurs. If this one doesn’t go through either, I will be really miffed! Even tyrannosaurus.com is available.

Yah. 
I tried to register “cute.me” but it was taken. I got “melly.me” though, as you know! 
Now what to do with it…
GoDaddy will keep trying to register the failed domains for you, even though it can’t, for 24 hours. I keep getting failed ones for t’other 3 I tried to register

We-ell you should be aware that everyone likes to complain about GoDaddy left right and center. Meh, what’s with this domain name craze again. I thought we were past this?
I think I’m the only one not excited about the new .me TLDs.
Only because melissa.me and mel.me just look rather silly.

I don’t care what the cynics say, this is the only time I’ll ever be able to get a 3 letter domain name. I’d have paid twice the price for it, too

It sucks that the other 2 domains didn’t get through. Hopefully you’ll get the dino one! =) I want to get a .me but I decided not to. Need to save money, hahaha.

If you don’t get the t-rex one (fingers crossed you do) you could always try hug.me. You seem to like them.

I’ve commented another blog on these domains, but it kind of sucks that a lot of the good and funny ones are taken. Oh well. I wonder how much they cost. Hopefully cheaper or as cheap as a regular .com/.net/.org domain.
That’s all everyone talked about yesterday on Plurk! I probably would have gotten one myself, had it not been $20 bucks a year (with a two-year minimum!). Sorry to hear you didn’t get the domain you wanted! I’ve heard Godaddy has screwed over other people as well, with multiple receipts that show ownership of a single domain. Wonder what they’re going to do about that?
.me domains sound so tempting, I just want to get one! I could get zukami.me (Zukamime), which is Jack in Japanese. If it’s available. I always liked the name Jack…

Nobody might have tyrannosaurus.com, but somebody has ty.rannosaur.us 
Oh that sucks. I would love to have yay.me or iam.me or something in that category.
I hope you get tyrannosaurus.me though.

That totally blows that they didn’t go through :(. Godaddy have always bothered me when I tried to use them in the past, so never again. I wasn’t even aware that the .me was out >_<
I spent like two hours trying to come up with something as clever as aweso.me (a word that ends in “me”) but failed miserably. And this was at work! Slow day. I ended up, surprisingly, getting biblio.me. I mean, I didn’t get any sort of error email, so I assume it’s mine, but any minute now I’m expecting someone to bonk me on the head and remind me that I never get cool things first.
