Today I was originally going to write about how I’m working on a narrower layout so everything will look nicer on a mobile phone screen. I was going to write about taking up PPP. After all, it could be a great source of income, and I don’t mind blogging about something I care about a lot. I was also going to write about my fresh-out-of-the-box CMS of sorts. It has been a while coming, but now it’s finally ready to use. It’s not perfect, but it’s as secure as I can make it.
But then I thought – if I wrote about all of that today, on April 1st, what’s to stop people thinking this was an April Fool’s joke? I want to be taken seriously, and so blogging about all the soon-to-be-implemented changes might make people think I’m joking.
OK, so instead you decide to completely confuse me….. HMPF! Besides I know you’re a big WP fan so you won’t switch too soon.
Rachael, is it me, or have you been acting like the fool today? XD
Is this an April fools joke? :O
I don’t believe you are working on a narrower layout….
it all sounds like lies to me today!
I am so confused!
So, how narrow are we talking about?
I think Rachael has weborexiaitis.
This has to be one of the most confusing April 1st posts I’ve ever read.
I’m confused.
I would think you’re joking… except that you’ve told me that you wanted to make a skinny layout quite a few times before.
I can just imagine you cackling with glee amongst all this confusion.
Almost everything you see posted on April 1st is a lie.
Especially if it’s out-of-character.
A Skinnier layout? Hmm.. I guess w/ more and more people browsing on their mobiles that would make sense, but i like wider layouts personally. But that’s prolly because I post comics and you can’t really squish comics. ^^
Lol! I’m glad I’m not the only person who’s thought twice about blogging on April 1st for fear of people not taking whatever I’ve said seriously!
